Standard Delivery

  • Orders received till 3 PM IST only can be delivered on same day.
  • An order will be delivered in between 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM?
  • The delivery or shipment will NOT be redirected or redelivered to any new or other address in any situation.
  • The ordered products will be delivered only in the cities given in the list only.
  • We provide delivery on Sundays.

Midnight Deliveries

  • Delivery will be carried out between 11.30 PM to 11.59 PM on stated and asked the delivery date.
  • We provide delivery on Sundays.
  • The above items or products will be sent only on the locations and cities that are mentioned in our list.

For Fix Time Delivery

  • We cannot commit exact or sharp time for delivery. An order will be sent +15 Minutes or -15 Minutes as per chosen time.
  • We need 4 hours lead-time.
  • We deliver or send on Sundays also.

General Disclaimers

  • GiftBoxGuru.com reserves the right to refuse or reject any order unconditionally.
  • All claims are subjected to the jurisdiction of Court at Pune, India only.
  • If GiftBoxGuru.com is incapable to deliver an order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be accountable for any other charges, emotional stress, loss of profits, any other liability or others due to non-delivery.

  • Please take into account that Flowers, Cakes along with other unpreserved are sourced nearby or locally at the location of the delivery and will be hand delivered to the recipient.
  • No deliveries of products will be made on National Holidays.
  • The image or the picture appeared on the site is indicative in nature. The actual or real product may vary in design or shape as per the accessibility or availability.
  • GiftBoxGuru.com reserves the right to substitute or replace the flowers or flower arrangements (Including specified colors) or other products with higher or equal value in case the desired products of the customers are available.
  • In case of Heavy Rains/ Flood/ National Bandh, or any unforeseen circumstances GiftBoxGuru.com reserves the right to postpone the delivery to that particular date & to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  • No change in orders can be entertained before 2 working hours of the delivery date & approved by our Customer Care team.
  • Express orders once made cannot be canceled if not requested 1 working day before the delivery date.
  • Courier Orders can’t be canceled once it processed.
  • In Case the item is not delivered because of any of aforesaid reasons, the update will be accessible in our website & same can be gathered from the delivering outlet same day, in the same city, details of which are accessible with our Customer Care numbers.
  • GiftBoxGuru.com will not think about or entertain any complaint about unpreserved items like cake, fresh flowers etc. after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  • Proof of delivery will be given in case of dispute in delivery.

  • While placing an order, customers are requested to provide us with the correct and full information for delivery at Hospital/Hotel.
  • Courier & Express products cannot be sent together at the same time.
  • If the recipient or any other person is not available at the shipping address to collect the item or product, at the time of delivery, the order will not be supposed to be late. Therefore in such cases, no cancellation, refunds or liability can be made.
  • If the recipient hasn’t checked-in at the hotel by the delivery date, the product will be left at the reception & it will be considered as executed. If the recipient has checked-out of the hotel or inn by the delivery date, the order will be considered as executed and in such cases, no refund will be made. For the delivery of the gift items to marriage ceremonies/ marriage halls, GiftBoxGuru.com may not be able to guarantee the delivery to the bride/bride-groom owing to non-availability of our delivery-side to the couple. But, we shall make sure that the delivery is executed to one of the answerable members of the host. Also, if feasible we shall hand over the name of the recipient via our order confirmation mail.
  • Under no circumstances and situations whatsoever shall GiftBoxGuru.com be liable for any damages, loss of data, or lost profits whatever including, without limiting, any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages that come about or result from the use of or failure to use the products/services presented in the site. In spite of the foregoing, in no event shall GiftBoxGuru.com be liable to the customer for any or all losses, damages, and causes of action (including but not restricted to, negligence) or else exceeding the amount paid by the customer to GiftBoxGuru.com for that particular service or product.

For Remote Locations and Towns

  • We provide delivery on Sundays also.
  • The products and items will be delivered only in those cities and locations that are mentioned in our list.
  • No delivery of the item will be made on National Holidays; however, the delivery will take place on next working day.
  • We would make the delivery of the products once. In case the delivery is not done in case the recipient is unavailable or because of wrong address, premises locked the consumer shall still be charged for the item.
  • Please take into account the delicate items like flowers and cakes & others are sourced in the neighborhood at the delivery location.
  • The image presented is indicative in nature and actual product may vary in design or shape as per accessibility.

Delivery to Hospitals Policy

The florists in our GiftBoxGuru.com network are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.

GiftBoxGuru.com will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

Delivery to Hotels Policy

The florists in our GiftBoxGuru.com network are experienced at making deliveries to hotels. However please be aware to make the following information available: Hotel Name Full address of the hotel Room Number Telephone number of the hotel Name of Tour Company, if applicable If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed and no refund will be made in such cases.

Delivery to Wedding Halls/ Marriages Policy

For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bridegroom. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible members of a host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our delivery confirmation SMS and mail. Delivery to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises Our florists are experienced at making deliveries to hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises. However, please be aware to make the following information available: Name of Recipient and Sender Hostel Name Full address of the hostel Room Number Telephone number of the hostel The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the vendor. The order can be handed over to security/any other responsible person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.

Courier Disclaimer

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in the Shipping Disclaimer or in the Terms and Conditions, in the event the order/product is made to deliver through any courier agency or any third party, GiftBoxGuru.com does not make any representation or warranty in relation to the delivery of such order. GiftBoxGuru.com makes no warranties with respect to any third-party offerings.
  • It is also possible that GiftBoxGuru.com courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery. In this case, the delivery may not be made on the estimated date.
  • The date of delivery you choose is approximate. Your gift may be delivered a day prior or day after.
  • Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least 5 days in advance.
  • Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days after the date of dispatch. The above products will be delivered by our courier partners and the delivery made by them is subject to the Terms and Conditions of such courier companies. No Deliveries are made on National Holidays and Sundays.
  • Courier and express products cannot be delivered together at the same time.
  • A complaint against a Courier product is registered only if it is made within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Domestic Orders: All courier orders are carefully packed and dispatched from GiftBoxGuru.com warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift. Standard delivery and brand disclaimers apply.

International Orders: All parcels are shipped from the warehouse of our partners. Once the parcels are shipped, you will receive a tracking code to help trace the order.

In the event, the address, contact number, customer details, pin code provided is wrong or incomplete; we will not be able to deliver orders. Courier partners sometimes have some delays due to holidays and strikes. Order once dispatched from our end would be the responsibility of the courier company and delivery would take 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
